Join me in Divine Extension's open-level deep stretching & deep conditioning class. In class we will be focusing on techniques and stretches for your hips, hamstrings, lower back and quads to where you will not only feel but you will see a difference in your flexibility.
 
No experience needed!  Our mission is to help you accomplish your personal goals towards gaining flexibility. We encourage you to stretch at your own pace and understand your limits.
